swimming>running?!?!

I hit the pool the other day and wow… I forgot how good swimming feels. The heat was brutal, but the water made it so much better. It’s still a crazy aerobic challenge (my lungs were definitely on fire), but it’s so much easier on the joints than running. My knees were practically sending me thank-you notes.


I also just bought a cheap swimsuit on Amazon and honestly? She’s cute. Not bad for a $20 find.


I’m excited to keep this up, swimming feels refreshing, fun, and like a workout I can actually look forward to. Who knows… running might just have some competition for my favorite cardio.
